For Vivid Sydney 2026, Aster offers front row seats to the festival with a touch of old Hollywood glamour – intimate in atmosphere, theatrical in detail, and unfolding across three acts as the city illuminates below.
Each experience begins the same way
• Act I: Champagne on arrival paired with a seasonal bite, followed by
• Act II: your choice of premium Australian wine or an Aster signature cocktail alongside an elevated dish from our culinary team.
Where the evenings differ is in how they close. Choose your finale below.
• Caviar Finale | $199 per person
The signature closing act – a mini martini and personalised caviar service, presented tableside as the city glows beneath you.
• Sgroppino Finale | $159 per person
A mini Italian sgroppino to bring the evening to a close.
