About Us

Positioned as a luxurious rooftop bar experience, featuring 270-degree panoramic views of Sydney Harbour, named for its connection to the stars; it is an elevated space designed to inspire and evoke a sense of exploration.

Low seating, swathed in deep blues of tactile velvet reflective of the night sky and clever applications of reflective surfacing provide for uninhibited viewpoints throughout the venue. Timeless yet contemporary, many of the design elements in Aster are echoed throughout the hotel.
