Reservations for Aster are recommended, walk-ins are accepted, subject to availability. A minimum spend of $60 per person ($40 per hotel guest) is required for bookings or walk-ins on Thursday to Saturday. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a fee of $45 per person. Sittings are 1 hour 30 minutes for up to 4 guests and 2 hours 30 minutes for over four guests. Surcharges apply on Sundays and Public Holidays. A 6% discretionary gratuity applies to all bookings, and 10% for groups over 10 people. Seating arrangement requests cannot be accommodated. Aster is exclusively for adults only, 18 years and over. Our dress code is strictly smart casual, no athletic or beachwear attire. We welcome our Aster guests, however casual viewing of the harbour is unavailable.
