Located in Seoul’s bustling Yeongdong Traditional Market, Bar Jangsaeng has earned a reputation for its inventive approach to modern mixology, celebrating traditional Korean spirits, ingredients and flavours through contemporary cocktails.
Housed in a former Korean herbal health shop, the bar draws inspiration from its unique heritage, transforming local ingredients and Korean culinary traditions into imaginative cocktail creations.
For one night only, founder Leo Seo and bartender Haneul “Sky” An will take over the bar at Aster, presenting an exclusive cocktail collection showcasing their distinctive approach to Korean mixology.
