This August, Aster introduces Astrology Hour – a celestial cocktail and snack series created in collaboration with astrologer Grace Tebble. Held every Thursday evening in the intimate Eastern Corridor 32 levels above the harbour at the InterContinental Sydney. The experience invites guests to journey through the elements – Air, Water, Fire and Earth – via zodiac-inspired cocktails, curated small plates, and one-on-one astrological readings. Each session blends sensory indulgence with personalised insights, offering guided interpretations of your birth chart and tailored pairings that reflect your elemental sign.
Astrology Hour includes:
• A glass of sparkling wine on arrival
• Two elemental cocktails or glasses of premium wine
